Arindam has done his graduation in Fine Arts from the Sculpture department of Kala Bhavana, Santiniketan. He is presently doing his Master Degree from the same university. He has participated in several group shows since 2005. this year his sculptures were exhibited at the Nanadan Art Gallery, Santiniketan, Annual Exhibition at the Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata and Group show at Kalaneri Art Gallery at Jaipur. He has also done a solo exhibition at the CISFA ki chotti gallery at Nagpur in 2009. His works were also at display at the Nirvana Art Gallery in New Delhi and Orange Citti in Nagpur last year. Among the major workshops participated by him are Monsoon Bonanza at CISFA ki chotti gallery at Nagpur in 2009, Resource Person in Basoli group's Residential Art Camp, Nagpur in 2009 and at the art Against Terrorism from Gandhara Art Gallery's initiative in Kolkata the same year. He has received the Anupama Sammman and the Mahendra Pandya Foundation Trust Award, Baroda in 2009.
