These changes will be effective, immediately upon notice, which shall be placed on the site. 7) The user agrees to indemnify AAG harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages & costs including attorney fees arising out of or relating to any misuse by the user. AUTHENTICITY: AAG will upon receiving full payment will issue the user(buyer) an authentication certificate which is a bonafide proof of the original work of the artist or sculptor. DISCREPENCY: Although the user (buyer) will be deemed to have satisfied themselves about the authenticity of the work yet if after 15 days from the date of delivery the user (buyer) is able to prove to our satisfaction that the work does not match the work shown on our site or is not the work of the artist AAG will then refund the user (buyer) the full amount on delivery of the work at AAG .The work will have to be sent by the user (buyer) in the same condition it was sent in any damage to the work will not be accepted. PURCHASE: The user (buyer) on selecting the artwork to be purchased should ask AAG to send an invoice and make payment through bank draft or cheque.
On confirmation of purchase AAG will send another invoice to the user (buyer) within 48 hours giving packing, insurance (optional) and freight charges.
AAG will assist the user (buyer) with packers, couriers and insurance companies. AAG will not be held liable for any damage of the goods while in transit hence it is advisable to all users (buyers) to ensure that all goods dispatched are fully covered by insurance. We at AAG will ensure that delivery formalities are completed at the earliest and to the complete satisfaction of the user (buyer).
Any claims for damage or loss in transit should be settled directly with the shipping company however AAG will assist in the process. GOVERNING LAWS: All sales and matters with our site AAG including these terms shall be governed by and construed solely in accordance with Indian laws. JURISDICTION: Any dispute arising between AAG and the user (buyer) in respect of terms shall be exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
