Bengal master sculptor Asim Basu at show in Delhi 14-07-2023

Aakriti Art Gallery’s founder and director , Vikram Bachhawat has been a frontrunner inspiration in the practice of modern and contemporary sculptures in Kolkata.Yesterday India’s greatest art historian Yashodhara Dalmia and her sister Professor Vasudha Dalmia , Professor Emerita of Hindi and Modern South Asian Studies,  Berkley University of California and author of Traditions: Bharatendu Harischandra and Nineteenth Century Benaras (1997)  came and admired the suite  of Asim Basu sculptures at Bengal Beyond Boundaries at Bikaner House.
