Profile:
Santhosh is a Diploma holder in applied art from the Mahalasa School of Art, Mangalore. His works have been selected in the Indian Royal Academy Gulbarga, 2008, twice in the Karnataka Lalitha Kala Academy, 2007 and also in the Southern Region Art Exhibition of Camlin from 2003-2007. Apart from these selections, he has done group shows at Prasad Art Gallery, Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan, Mahalasa Art Gallery, Mangalore, and Scribble Art Exhibition at State Art Gallery, Hyderabad & Chitrakala Parishath, Bangalore. Santhosh has also attended several camps since 2002. The major camps, workshops and festivals were National Art Festival "Rashtriya Kala Sanket Sangam" Manav Sanket Academy at Ujjain- 2005, Kinnala Traditional Art Camp at Mangalore 2003-04 and Art Impact National Lavel Artist Camp held at Gurukula Public School, Kundapur, 2007.
Santhosh is the recipient of the 36th Karnataka Lalithakala Academy Award at Bangalore, 2007, 7th Southern Region Camlin Art Foundation Award Bangalore, 2005. He has been thrice awarded the "Varnika" National Merit Certificate organised by Manav Sanketh Academy, Ujjain.
