Aakriti Art Gallery facilitates shipping through professional third-party logistics providers. While we assist in coordinating the process, all packing, shipping, and insurance arrangements are handled externally.

Buyers are encouraged to review all shipping-related details prior to confirming a purchase.

Domestic Shipping (India)

                •             Buyers may choose to collect artworks directly from the gallery

                •             Alternatively, shipping can be arranged through third-party packers and logistics providers

All costs relating to:

                •             packing

                •             shipping

                •             insurance

are borne entirely by the buyer.

Buyers may:

                •             appoint their own logistics partner, or

                •             use a recommended service provider

In all cases:

The buyer is responsible for settling charges directly with the service provider.

International Shipping

                •             International shipments are typically handled through reputed couriers such as UPS, DHL, or equivalent providers

                •             All shipping, packing, insurance, customs duties, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer

If the buyer appoints their own logistics partner:

The artwork will be handed over upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping Estimates & Timelines

Buyers are encouraged to request a shipping quote prior to purchase in order to understand applicable costs and arrangements.

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon confirmation of the order and may vary depending on the artwork, destination, and logistics provider.

Important Note on Shipping Responsibility

All packing and shipping services are fully outsourced.

Aakriti Art Gallery’s responsibility ceases once the artwork is handed over to the appointed packer, courier, or shipping agent.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Accepted Modes of Payment

We accept:

                •             Bank / wire transfers

                •             Credit / debit card payments

                •             Cheque / demand draft (subject to clearance)

                •             Any other mode approved by Aakriti Art Gallery

Payment Process

                •             An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of purchase

                •             The invoice will include:

                •             artwork price

                •             applicable taxes

                •             any additional agreed charges

Full payment is required to confirm the purchase.

Reservation / Hold Policy

Due to the nature and value of artworks:

The gallery does not guarantee holding of artworks without confirmed payment, unless specifically agreed in writing.
